Finding Missing Port Calls
Finding Old or Missing Port Calls
Port calls are set up fairly straight forward in our system. They are categorized in three different ways depending on the dates provided:
Upcoming
Current
Previous
Upcoming
Upcoming port calls are those whose first line has not yet occurred.
First-line time is in your timezone, meaning that if the first line time is estimated to be noon/12:00, and your time is 11:00, the port call would be considered upcoming. These port calls can be found in the table labeled "Upcoming".
Current
Current port calls are those whose first line time is in the past and last line time is in the future.
If the first line is set as 12:00 and last line for 14:00 and the current time is 13:00, then the port call would be considered current and be listed on your dashboard or under the current table on the view of all port calls.
Past
Past port calls are those whose last line is in the past.
If the last line is set for 12:00 and the time is 13:00, then the port call would be considered past. These port calls are available in the previous or past port call table on the view of all port calls.
Archived Port Calls
After a set period of time since the last line time (typically 6 weeks), the voyage will auto-archive itself. Archived voyages can still be viewed on the archive page, which is linked at the bottom of the previous/past port call table.
Modifying Port Calls
If the port call is in the incorrect table, then navigate to the port call page and click edit and update the first line and/or last line times accordingly. Modifying these times will ensure the port call is in the correct table.
