Personal and Terminal Accounts
Personal Accounts
All users that register will be given a personal account. This is to give a user the ability to track terminal data as they see fit.
A personal account will enable you to perform any of the tasks that the Terminal Account will including:
Adding and inviting other users to contribute to the account
Tracking all yard and vessel data
Generating reports
You will be automatically signed in to your personal account when you log in. You can see what account you are logged in to by checking the name in the top navigation
Terminal Accounts
Terminal Accounts functions in the same way personal accounts do. You can add others to contribute to the terminal account based on your permissions.
You can verify which account you are logged in to by looking at the name on the top navigation bar. You will be signed in to your personal account and have to switch to the terminal account every time you log in.
Removing Your Personal Account
To be automatically signed in to the terminal account you are a part of, we need to remove your personal account. There are two ways to remove your personal account:
Navigate to the accounts page by clicking on the round "avatar" with either your photo or your initials which is on the far right side of the page.
Click on the "Accounts" HEADER, not the account name. This will take you to the accounts overview page.
Click on the account name you would like to remove.
On the account page, click "Edit Account".
Click "Delete" and confirm.

Alternatively, you can email nick @ terminalanalytics.com for support. We will remove the personal account as soon as we can.
