Creating a New Terminal
Guide for creating a completely new terminal on Terminal Analytics
Getting Started on Terminal Analytics
Getting your Terminal up online with Terminal Analytics is a fairly simple process. From the home page click on "Sign Up". Alternatively, you can click on "Register Your Terminal Today".
Enter your information:
Full name
Email address
Password
Select the right time zone
You may be emailed a confirmation link. If so, click the link to activate your account.
Once you log in for the first time, you'll be directed to your personal Terminal Analytics account. For example, it may say "Malcom McLean Analytics" on the top navigation bar. You can add data to this account and invite other users to this account if you'd like.
If you would like to create an account with your terminal name, "Pier 3" for example to add data and invite other users, follow the instruction below.
Adding Your Terminal Name
There are two different methods of adding your terminal name to your account.
The easiest way of adding your terminal name is to simply change your Account Name.
Navigate to the accounts page by clicking on the round "avatar" with either your photo or your initials which is on the far right side of the page.
Click on the "Accounts" HEADER, not the account name. This will take you to the accounts overview page.
Click on the account name you would like to remove.
On the account page, click "Edit Account".
Change the name and click on "Update Account"

The option that gives you the most flexibility for tracking performance on your own account and an additional one you share with others is to create another account.
Navigate to the accounts page by clicking on the round "avatar" with either your photo or your initials which is on the far right side of the page.
Click on the "Accounts" HEADER, not the account name. This will take you to the accounts overview page.
Click "Create a New Account" and enter your Terminal Name.
You can now add users as you'd like and track metrics.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
